Wiener & Co. was founded in 1899 in Amsterdam. The main activity was to produce different arts of machines. Gradually Wiener decided to concentrate totally on the confectionary industry and has got a wellknown reputation for supplying worldwide turn-key projects to the cocoa, real chocolate, compound, ice creams, bakery and candy industry.

With the latest laser beam particle size analyser and computerised viscosity measurement feature our laboratory facilities a wide variety of process and research equipment.

An experienced enginering department completes turn-key projects in accordance with the specifications and requirements of the clients. All research and development is done in the house.

Moulding lines, as well as standalone depositors for chocolate and jellies, vermicelli extruders, croquant cooking and forming machinery are in our scope of supply. Complete installations and single machines with capacities ranging from 100 kg/hr to about 2500 kg/hr.

Ideally suited to the middle and smaller size industrys as well as to the well known multinationals wich are worldwide satisfactoraly making use of Wiener equipment.

Wiener is now the major supplier of cocoa refining lines with an estimated 40% of the world's cocoa bean crop processed on their equipment.
